What gets fixed
The sprint's scope comes out of your audit's 90-day plan — the highest-payback items that are build-work rather than habits. Across most properties that means four fronts:
| Front | What actually gets done |
|---|---|
| A site worth citing | Built or rebuilt to do three jobs: answer the questions travellers and engines ask, take the booking without leaking to platforms, and stand as the page about your area. Fast on mobile data, because that is where your guests are. (Whether you need a site at all is a real question with an honest answer — we wrote it down — and "no, fix the profile first" audits do happen.) |
| The machine-readable layer | Structured data — the labels telling engines your name, location, rooms and prices in a format they trust — done properly and validated, not pasted from a tutorial. Quiet, technical, and disproportionate: it is how engines confirm you are who your pages say. |
| Business Profile and reviews | Everything in the profile guide, done with you: claiming untangled, categories honest, photos current, the review-ask installed as a saved-message habit with your team, Q&A seeded from your real WhatsApp history. |
| The booking path, sealed | The "official website" search reclaimed, WhatsApp set up as a disciplined channel (quick replies, away messages, a written confirmation flow), and the stated reason to book direct written where guests can read it. Where volume justifies it, a booking engine integrated — we integrate the established systems, we don't build or resell one. |

How it runs
| How it runs | Detail |
|---|---|
| Where | Remotely |
| Your time | About two hours across the fortnight |
| At the start | One working session — access, decisions, photos you'll need to take |
| During | Messages as needed |
| At the end | A closing walkthrough where you watch the before/after against the audit's dated screenshots |
| Who owns what we build | You do — domain, site, profile all land in accounts you own. We hold no keys hostage; that's a policy, not a favour. |

What it costs
A fixed price agreed before work starts, scoped from your audit. The judging arithmetic is the same one we push everywhere: your computed monthly leak (the ten-minute method) against a realistic share shift. If that arithmetic doesn't favour the sprint for your property, we'll have said so in the audit — the report is built to make that visible, not to hide it.
What the sprint can't do
It can't promise citations or rankings — the fix work builds the evidence base engines draw on; the engines keep their own counsel. And it can't hold a position by itself: reviews keep needing to arrive, answers keep needing speed, engines keep changing. That's not a sprint, that's a practice — which is exactly the line where the retainer begins, and why the sprint ends with a measurement date in the calendar, not a goodbye.
The sprint follows an audit because fixing before measuring is how money gets wasted politely. If you've already had equivalent measurement done elsewhere, bring it — we'll scope from any honest baseline.
