It carries a video call and someone streaming in the next room at the same time, which is why guests working in Shah Alam take this flat for a week or a month at a stretch.

Parking

One free bay in the building, reserved for you and included.

This is the one that changes a Saturday. The public bays around i-City fill well before the lights come on; you drive straight in, park under cover and go up in the lift.

The kitchen

A real one, hob, hood, fridge, microwave, kettle, sandwich griller.

Cabinets, dishes, cutlery, cooking basics, a washing sink, and a washer with a drying rack behind the door. It's why a fortnight here is genuinely liveable rather than a hotel with a hotplate. If you want an oven, Liberty is the one.

The television

42-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, and a games console.

Sign into your own account. The console is the thing families forget to ask about and then use every night.

The building

Shared pool, gym and hot tub, and a BBQ grill.

The pool is the large outdoor one, open year-round during set hours. There's a convenience store at Level UG and a food truck outside the lobby, which covers most of what you'll want at eleven at night.

The view

What is Hyde Tower at i-City, Shah Alam?

Hyde Tower is one of six residential towers inside the i-City precinct in Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. It was built by i-City Properties, the property arm of I-Berhad, and named after London's Hyde Park, one of three towers named after cities, alongside Liberty for New York and Parisien for Paris. It has 36 residential floors above a six-storey car park, which is why your parking bay here is inside the building you sleep in rather than a public deck. It is also the nearest residential block to the covered pedestrian walk into Central i-City mall.

Hyde Tower is the nearest residential block to the covered pedestrian walk into Central i-City mall, so you can get to dinner, a supermarket or the cinema without moving the car or opening an umbrella. The wax museum is on the same side. The Seksyen 7 Shah Alam LRT station, open since 29 June 2026, is about 650 metres from the precinct.
