4. Let yourself in from 3pmCheck-in is self-service with a lockbox. I send the code, your parking bay and directions into i-City before you travel, not on the day.

Do I get a better rate?

Ask me, and I'll tell you what I can do for your dates.

Rates move with the season and with how long you're staying, and there's no platform fee on top here, so it's a conversation rather than a fixed number on a screen. Staying a week or more, ask me about a longer-stay rate, both units take them.

Is Airbnb still an option?

Yes, and it stays that way.

Both are on Airbnb (Hyde Tower, Liberty Tower) and staying there. If you'd rather book through the platform you already use, do, the reviews are worth reading either way. Some guests just prefer talking to me directly, and this page is for them.

What time can I get in?

From 3pm, and you let yourself in.

Self check-in with a lockbox, so a late flight or a bad run down the Federal Highway doesn't mean anyone is waiting up for you.

What about cancelling?

We agree it together when the booking is confirmed.

Plans change. Tell me early and I can almost always work something out.

Can I book both units together?

Yes, that's what larger groups do.

Two units, up to three guests in each, both in the same precinct and both by the mall bridge. Say so in your message and I'll check both calendars at once.

Can I book YourRetreat @ i-City directly, without Airbnb?

Yes. Message me on WhatsApp with your dates, I am Rauf and I own both flats. I handle the messages myself, quote you for those nights and confirm the booking. Both units at i-City, Hyde Tower and Liberty Tower, can be booked this way, and the Airbnb listings stay open for anyone who prefers them.

Is this the official website for YourRetreat @ i-City?

Yes. This is the official site for both YourRetreat units at i-City, Shah Alam, and I run it myself, I am Rauf, the owner. It is the only site I operate; anything else describing these units belongs to a listing platform or a directory.

What do I need to send when I message?

Your check-in and check-out dates, how many guests, and whether you want Hyde Tower, Liberty Tower or both. That is enough for me to check the calendar and come back to you with a rate.

What time can I check in?

From 3pm, and it is self check-in with a lockbox, so you let yourself in whenever you land, with nothing to arrange around your arrival.

Do you still take bookings through Airbnb?

Yes. Both units stay listed on Airbnb and guests who prefer booking that way are very welcome to. Booking direct just means you are talking to me from the first message.

Can I bring children?

Yes, and families stay in both regularly. The Hyde Tower unit has a folding mattress for a third guest, the building's shared pool has a shallow section for children, and there is a playground on the facilities floor. There are a few breakable bits at reachable height in the flats, tell me you are bringing little ones when you book and I will move them before you arrive.
